From 0.59% to 81% top 3 visibility in 17 days
EMC Superled, a lighting supplier in Beirut, was effectively invisible on Google Maps to anyone who didn't already know their name. Seventeen days later they were third in their market.
Where they started
EMC Superled sells lighting in Beirut. Good products, good reviews, a real reputation with people who already knew them. The problem was everyone else.
When someone searched for lighting anywhere across the city, EMC Superled appeared in Google's top three results on 0.59% of the map. Out of 169 measured locations across Beirut, they were competitive in almost none of them. Customers who didn't already know the name were never going to find them.
They had a website. They had a Google Business Profile. Both existed, neither was doing any work.
What 17 days looks like

Each dot is a real search from a real location. 169 scan points across Beirut at 1 mile spacing. Keyword: led lighting lebanon. Red means buried, green means top 3.
The numbers
Found in all 169 of 169 scan points, up from partial coverage at baseline.
Straight from the tool
Anyone can put a green chart on a website. Here is the measurement tool's own output for both dates.

Client contact details blurred, competitor names removed. Everything else untouched. Note the review count moving from 13 to 14 between the two scans.
Why this wasn't luck
Most case studies show you a number going up and ask you to assume the agency caused it. Here's the part that usually gets left out.
We have a measurement of this same business from April 16, roughly two and a half months before the engagement began. Their average rank then was 9.52. By July 3, the day we started, it was 10.79. Flat, drifting slightly worse.
That's the control. Nothing was already in motion. The change starts where the work starts.
What we actually did
- Rebuilt their Google Business Profile category structure around what buyers actually search, not how the business describes itself internally
- Mapped and published 27 services, each written to rank
- Turned their review profile into a ranking asset by responding to every review
- Published weekly Google posts without missing one
- Corrected page titles, headings, schema and their name, address and phone across the site so it finally agreed with their Google profile
No new website. No ad spend. Everything above was done with assets the client already owned.
"I've heard the SEO pitch before and I didn't believe it. He didn't ask me to rebuild my website or spend on ads, he fixed what was already there. Two weeks later people were finding us by searching for what they need, not because they already knew our name."
How this was measured
Both scans used identical settings. Keyword "led lighting lebanon". A 13 by 13 grid, 169 scan points, 1 mile spacing, covering 371.97 km² across Beirut. Ranking source: Google Local Pack. Measured with Leadsnap on July 3 and July 20, 2026.
The competitor pool tracked by the tool changed between scans, so we report average rank and top 3 percentage rather than position out of a fixed field. Those are the figures that compare directly.
You can verify the current state yourself. Search "led lighting lebanon" on Google Maps.
Where do you rank right now?
Most local businesses have never seen their own map. We'll run the same 169 point scan on your business and show you exactly where you show up and where you don't.
